Holly Hoffpauir, H3 Management’s founder, has over 25 years of experience in the
dental industry. Holly brings a perspective of not only a strong skill set in revenue cycle management and accounting, but as a business owner herself, she fully understands the business of dentistry.
Her experience as an operations director for the leading dental billing company in the U.S., as well as her proficiency in multiple PMS systems gained from my years as a trainer for one of the largest dental distributors in the country gives her invaluable understanding of the needs of dental groups. She draws from these experiences to influence the behaviors within an office to help teams reach their individual and collective goals.
She is an experienced strategist for customer success, forensic accounting, finance, dentistry, business/artificial intelligence, revenue cycle management, forecasting, software solution architecture, predictive analytics, capital and operating budgets, market and trend analysis, change management, process improvement, and enterprise transformation. Holly’s expertise lies in her ability to analyze revenue trends and identify the bridge between practice management systems in dentistry to true reconciliation. She has created a proven system of how to tie out reconciliation for dental practices with multiple practice management systems as well as identified embezzlement in clients’ practices.
